Red Roof Inn Milford - New Haven I am beyond disgusted with the experience I had at Red Roof Inn Milford - New Haven when checking in around 8:00 PM on May 8, 2026. The employee working the front desk claimed his name was Mohammed and said he was the manager, but instead of acting professionally, he was unbelievably rude, hostile, and actually cursed at me during the check-in process. I have never been treated with such disrespect by hotel staff in my life. Thank God I did not bring my family inside with me while I was checking in because I would have been embarrassed for them to witness that behavior. He had absolutely no etiquette, no customer service skills, and no business speaking to paying guests the way he did. The next morning, I asked the front desk employee who had been working the night before because I wanted to report the incident. This employee Jimmy was polite and professional, unlike the perso n from the previous night, and informed me that the employee had lied about his name and that his actual name is Avi. That is completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful. No guest should ever be treated this way, lied to, or verbally disrespected while simply trying to check into a hotel they paid for. I expect this issue to be taken seriously because this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. 10 May 2026 22:47
