Até hoje estou esperando o reembolso do deposito de segurança, que segundo o hotel seria feito em até 24 hrs e já vai fazer 60 dias, obs. Não sou fumante (depósito de segurança é sobre fumar no quarto). Ja liguei no hotel mandei email falando sobre e ninguém resolve o reembolso, um absurdo, falta de respeito com o cliente.
