Red Roof Inn Erie – I-90

Did not stay here. Reservation for this night was a mistake. Needed the Red Roof Inn closer to where I was going.

I did not like the way I was talked to on the phone by the staff at this hotel. They talked over me and when I explained that this reservation made around 10 pm the night before my stay was at the wrong Red Roof Inn that I needed a Red Roof Inn closer to where I was going they did not care. They told me they could cancel the reservation but I would still be charged because I wasn't giving them 24 hrs notice prior to stay. There was no way to give them 24 hr notice because I didn't reserve the room until 10 pm the night before and I was talking with them less then 24 hrs prior to stay. I called 1 hour after I made the reservation. It took me 20+ times of calling there to even get someone to answer the phone and then they were very rude!!

Clean Close by everything

Toilet seal was loose and kept running water all night, called at 5 pm Friday night nobody showed up. Same thing Saturday

Good price and quick check in and out.

Kinda wish I knew about the breakfast options before hand. Paying for breakfast and given a McDonald's coupon was not really my go to choice cause I dont really eat there.

Cleanliness of the room, everything in the room worked and access to the voucher for free breakfast at McDonald

Nothing at all,

Courteous staff, super clean room. Comfy clean bed. Quiet , slept well. A/C ran quiet, cooled well. Breakfast is at McDonald’s next door, very easy. And, a good value!

This is my new favorite Red Roof. I travel several times a year across country, with dogs, and need a reliable place to stay. I have now had three very positive experiences with this facility, which is being carefully and cheerfully run.

I was double charged the manager was rude beds werent very comfortable
