"Never again"

It was disgusting. No toilet paper not cleaned . Ended up leaving after 4 hours bc I couldn’t take the room. I also lost an additional $50 bc they didn’t have change so they got me for $100 on top of the $122 I paid to stay

It’s disgusting. Left early due to uncleanliness

The staff at reception went above and beyond what was expected of them. They were welcoming, accommodating and helpful. We appreciated that they tried their best to solve our issues.

"I booked double beds for my husband, daughter and I. We had one washcloth, 2 bath towels and a hand towels. Room didn’t"

Nothing…..when I checked in the front desk person was rude and not friendly at all. I said “hello, checking in” and his response was very bland and careless….he said nothing but “name and ID”. I gave him my name and ID, next it was “what type of room you want”?? I was so confused because I had already booked my room, I don’t understand why he wasn’t aware of the type of room I booked.

Room was horrible, so old and outdated. Lots of people walking around looking like they live there and on drugs. No tv guide to help you with tv channels. The lighting fixtures over the beds did not work.
