Comfortable beds, clean room

The bathroom was kind of small.

This is a hotel/motel, but clean and cozy with wonderful staff. Great location if you need to get around the city without having to spend a lot of time traveling. Nice and quite. Wish there were more places to walk around the location, but you aren't far from parks, shopping, downtown and attractions so there is plenty of walking to be had.

Too much stuff in the small room, however, that's personal. If two people stayed in this room all the storage provided would be needed and welcomed.

Very quiet

The fan in the bathroom didn't work or wasn't there, sink did not drain properly, mirrors were streaky and microwave buttons did not work, only if you hit a pre-programmed button.

It was difficult to locate the entrance from the street. Not well marked.

I extended my stay by one night, due to family emergency, which the staff was able to do by charging my card at the desk. However, the next day I received a very loud and obnoxious call while I was getting to the hospital by whom I assumed was the manager, who shrieked at me about not having checked out on time. I explained that I had paid for an additional night, but he denied it and I told him he better look at the records. He called me back a moment later and told me he found the payment and everything was ok, as far as he was concerned. It would have been nice if he had checked to be sure what was going on before going on the attack. I was already shook up because of what was happening to my relative, and this seemed over the top. Later when i actually did check out, this employee/manager didn't apologize or anything. Not nice.

The shower and tub water was dirty
