Within 10 minutes of being in the room I had a bug jump on my arm while sitting on the bed. When I got back to the room later that night I turned around to lock the door and watched a cockroach crawl between the space of the door and door frame

The property looked like it had bedbugs

It was dirty and had possible bed bugs

Blood on the curtains, pillows were hard, biggest problem was I was told I would be refunded 50$ for the deposit that was never mentioned until check in,fine whatever cool right , no if u have a payroll card from your job they can’t refund it so you have to go threw a bunch of stuff to get the 50$ back. No sign that says some cards won’t let them refund the 50$ unless you call your card. The clerk named Shelly was highly unprofessional. She told me it was my fault she couldn’t refund it eventually told me to go f*** myself so it was not a good experience. Check under the sheets there was blood on the bed as well. Felt disgusting after staying there. Never again
