"Great hotel, modern and clean"

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean, modern and had excellent air conditioning. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. The hotel is close to the metro. Very easy way to get around the city. The hotel is also a few min walk to a nearby supermarket and restaurants. Staff very pleasant.

This was a very nice hotel even though it is not quite as close to the airport as we thought it was and it did not have a shuttle late at night. We still enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff was very nice getting us beverages upon arrival was a definite plus.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. There was good restaurant relatively nearby and the shopping centre was in walking distance. The breakfast buffet was really great. I loved the fruits and pastries specifically the cream filled tarts. If we come back to Lisbon this would be the hotel we definitely stay.

Hôtel bien situé à coté du métro. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et diversifié. Un stationnement sous-terrain est disponible, je le conseille car très peu de places disponibles dans la rue.

"Embarassing Management"

We came here as Holiday Inn Club members but the management of this place was embarassing. Phone in the room didn't work, during the night fire alarm was enabled without reason, no chace to call reception, a hotel waiter came to ask what happened, when he realized there was no danger he left without giving any info. At 5 pm room was still not cleaned. Also in this case no info by reception desk. Breakfast is good, the only positive point. Very surprised Holiday Inn is treating Club members like animals... stay away from this place.
