Clean, great staff, good location

The property is clean and well maintained. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The upgraded property is very spacious that consist of 2 levels living spaces. Yuki, the property manager, is very helpful. She was able to resolve all our issues.

The mosquitos need to be controlled and the water smell when you take shower.

The bed

- the housekeepers only came for 3/5 days. They also barely cleaned the villa. - The swimming pool water was green in color. It was only cleaned on the 3rd day of our stay. - There weren’t much lightning all around the villa. The toilet doors cant be lock and fully closed. - The showering water is smelly and mosquitoes were basically everywhere in the villa.

The property was beautiful great for families Pool was cleaned daily and Villa tidied very aesthetic which my 19 year-old daughter’s loved. Downstairs bedrooms air-conditioner freezing which was great, felt very safe .

Upstairs air conditioning didn’t work properly. Someone came out to fix it still didn’t get cold. Extremely hot upstairs in the two bedrooms and in the lounge room. My daughter accidentally left $80 in the bedroom. On checking out She noticed that somebody had stolen her money. Contacted the host who said no one had been in the villa but they had which was confirmed with the cleaner we left to go to another hotel as I didn’t realise that I hadn’t booked it for an extra night. The host said he’d be there within 15 minutes, but we had already left before we seen his message. Extremely disappointing as we had a beautiful time at that Villa.
