A lot of the staff seem to face and we're very standoffish but Brianna and Diane are really nice and they go out of their way to make sure that you're comfortable and that your room is right give you good advice about where to order some good food they are very outgoing compassionate and genuinely good people who like their job and they like to see the customers happy the property clean I've been to Red Roof inn in six different states and overall this is probably the best one with it quiet no violence no prostitution no drugs no drama and also I would like to mention the ladies in the laundry room they are very kind and they go out their way to make sure that you have fresh clean blanket sheets extra blankets extra pillows and they're always friendly and greet you with a smile and what can I do for you today what do you need and also the maintenance man Mike he's always working hard he's always working hard and minding his own business and will go out of his way to help you if you have any problem with your room he will make it right

Some of the staff are dismissive avoidant rude very nasty 🤢 I think that I'm just saying I will never be here good bye 🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾

We had one towel and wash cloth for two adults and the front desk said they have none to give us. Also had to use two hands to work the remote control. Front desk showed us how to push the bottom at the same time you change channels. If a hotel can’t supply basic needs what good is it. Over all failure, and I will never stay there again . we checked out after 1st night and went to holiday in express
