La experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy negativa desde el primer momento. Al llegar, en plena tarde y con temperaturas de alrededor de 35 grados, no nos permitieron acceder a la recepción. Nos obligaron a hacer el check-in a través de una ventanilla exterior, algo totalmente incomprensible teniendo en cuenta que había un cartel indicando que ese sistema se utiliza únicamente por la noche. Era perfectamente posible atendernos dentro, con aire acondicionado, pero no lo hicieron. La habitación tampoco estuvo a la altura en absoluto. La cama era extremadamente incómoda; se notaban los muelles y se clavaban en la espalda, lo que hacía imposible descansar bien. La situación más grave fue encontrarnos una cucaracha en la propia almohada, algo completamente inaceptable, antihigiénico y muy desagradable. Al comunicarlo en recepción, la única respuesta fue una disculpa, sin ofrecer ninguna solución ni alternativa. En general, una experiencia muy decepcionante que no recomendaría a nadie.
