Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Erie, PA

The breakfast was very good; there was plenty to choose from including hot and cold items. The staff was super friendly and helpful at check in and check out. There is a great pool area, tropical themed, that has a generous sized indoor pool and jacuzzi. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I was able to get a great night's rest.

The in-room mirror was missing so I had to wait till my son was done showering to finish getting ready. The staff at the front desk was going to check on it / follow up with maintenance, should be corrected/replaced for the next guest.

The property was clean , inviting and comfortable . The staff was kind and friendly, the especially Tina who help with our reservations . The complimentary breakfast was good

the receptist was cmitch was the rudest reception i have ever experienced the hotel room fan did not work even though it showed on. walking into the hotel the air and smell was disgusting. the dust on the window ledge was thick enough i could write my name could write my name on the window. the hallway was wet from kids running from pool. we did not stay but they agoda and the hotel kept our two day payment. please never stay at this disgusting hotel where you can reach anyone to say return my money …we stayed 15 minutes
