The woman working the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding.

The bathroom was tiny. The shower was slightly wider than my shoulders. The fixtures in the room were damaged. The room and building seem outdated.

The bed... The lady at check in was more than accommodating..

For a king size bed, the pillows were very small. You should have king size pillows for a king size bed. Also I'm very disappointed as we have stayed here for years and there's no maid service if you only stay 2 days.. also, I did not pack my eye makeup remover because you usually had it in packets and you don't have that anymore.. the garbage also got full and there's no one to empty it.. during our stay and also snowed and the parking lot was never plowed. I also went to get coffee and it was gone and I checked several times throughout the day and it was never replaced till 9:00 at night.. I thought the coffee should have been there 24/7 unless you changed that also.. As I said, we've stayed here for years but I may have to move on..
