Noise level. I could hear every creek in the floor boards above us and the people in the next room

Die Zufahrt war wegen Bauarbeiten nicht möglich und man erhielt keine Mitteilung für Umwege und Ausweichparkplätze und es wurden trotzdem noch Parkgebühren belastet. Zudem wurden 2 Wochen nach der Übernachtung nochmal über 20.- für Parking belastet, obwohl dies nicht im Booking-Pakage ersichtlich war und man damit nicht rechnen musste.

After arriving at 9 PM I was told my stay had been cancelled, my room had been given away to another guest and there were no other rooms available. They had unsuccessfully charged my card at some point leading up to the stay and in stead of contacting me to address the issue, my stay was cancelled. However, they did not inform me of the cancellation, either directly or through booking.com. I had to find another hotel myself, after the front desk tried several other Marriotts in the area without success. Completely unacceptable to cancel without any communication or any attempt to resolve any issues that I was not aware of.

Everything was great, except the air conditioner was extremely loud. It made it very hard to fall asleep and stay asleep.

I thought the Breakfast coffee was great and that they offered oatmeal.

Breakfast was decent but could have used more fruit options. Slow drainage in room bathroom.

Very clean. The employees were very friendly

Breakfast was reasonable, good variety of food items. The manager was very good, understanding, and helpful, and he cares about his customers . We were allowed to have a small dog in our motel.

Cooks need to make sure they make plenty of breakfast for all the customers, half way through breakfast time , no food was replenished, and some customers didn’t get any breakfast :/
