Not much- location is too far from Old quarter** cost a fortune to get anywhere, Air Conditioning worked at least

Hotel site says there is a free shuttle- this is FALSE- they charge to collect you from airport

"Conveniently close to airport"

Reception is opened 24 hours, we checked in at midnight. Very close to airport where we were taking a flight next day so it is easy for you to get a grab

Room was not in the hotel I booked but another hotel which had old dated installations, cigarette holes in the bed sheets and not as comfortable as the original place I booked (I stayed previously in this hotel). The bed was as hard as a wooden box. Not sure if it was an actual cardboard box

Close to the airport so easy for an early flight

The hotel was further from the airport than expected, about a ten minute drive. We had a pay an extra 100 baht for an airport transfer from the hotel, if I knew this I wouldn’t have booked. We organised a leaving time with our driver the night before when we paid for the hotel, yet he took a separate payment for the transfer when he dropped us off. He was also still asleep when we came to the lobby at 6am and then proceeded to play techno music loudly in the car. His printer was also broken so we couldn’t print our boarding passes. Hygiene standards could be better for this room - lots of dust, hairs and a wet bathroom. All through the night other guests or the owners were playing loud videos/music and shouting

the rooms however are in bad condition, it's very convenient location for being near the airport but that's about it

"Convenient for the airport."

Hotel close to the airport. I got given the keys to my room and the door was open, which did not feel quite safe entering into the room as I did the check in alone at night Room was damp. Only good thing about the hotel is its location.

We had the kindest receptionist! He was waiting for us in the night and he was so kind and helpful!!! The kindest person we met in Vietnam haha.

It is not 3* hotel.
