Indochina Hanoi Airport Hotel - 5 mins to Noi Bai International Airport

If you are after a cheap place to stay before jumping on a flight or a layover, this is a good option. Nothing special and it needs work, but it's comfortable and convenient.

The building needs maintenance. The new owners appear to be working on improving it.

We arrived late, around 2 am and it was close to the airport, and overall ok. Based on the price you can't ask for too much.

They promised somebody waiting for me(whom I had to pay) so they asked me to contact them when I arrived, but they never answered the phone, so I had to find my way to the hotel.

Great value for money. Great AC in our room. Short Grab ride from the airport (5 mins). Staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to retrieve two outdoor jackets that we left in the wardrobe after our stay and arranged safe handover to us. Safely returned without any expectation of tip (which we insisted on, of course). Clear communication.

You have to be realistic about getting what you pay for: AC room that is close to the airport. Basic facilities and breakfast, but a fair return for the price.

Very easy to get to from the airport. They came to pick me up and dropped me back very easily. I also needed some printing and they did this for me too. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
