In room 216 there are bed bugs and I had to rush out and change hotel at 11:00PM I do have the video and pictures
They not serving breakfast and i got my reservation with breakfast included
The room appeared to be clean but it really wasn’t. There was roaches in the fridge and also the room itself
The outside area not appealing, but surprised the rm were updated furniture. It being the only hotel available. I can say I was very happy w price too. We came do to evacuation from FL.
Cockroaches all over the room and bathroom, the sheets where smelly and looked liked they haven’t been washed
Billing issues. Just noticed today as i am going back over the summer bank statements. Booked through Hotels.com, was charged for two nights, then charged a night by the hotel. not friendly to work with.

It is the worst establishment that I Have stayed in, both of my daughter's played fas pitch softball and I sometimes felt like motel rooms were our home and I have been to some that were a 2j & to 5 *, but if they weren't as nice the property owners would have good attitude s & ho the extra mile for you
I was charged twice. There were cops at the hotel every night. The people who owned it weren't nice.
