Hotel President

There was nothing to like about the property. From day one since the time I stepped into the room it was simply horrible. The A/C had a life of its own, it worked when it wanted and shut off when it didn't. The WIFI was so bad that the google home page would also not load. Even after informing the hotel front desk they would send an electrician and not any IT guy to fix the problem. On identifying all the lights were blinking green on the modem the electrician would call the duty manger to fix the problem. The duty manger happy just pulled a chair from my study desk and stood on in it with his shoes on to fix the WIFI which remained a failed attempt. The front office manger on evening shift did not bother to work on my WIFI complain. My key card that was flimsy broke inside the slot and I was charged for it even though it wasn't my mistake. The towels in the shower had stains and was evidently seen that they were dirty and unwashed. Breakfast was the only saving grace as it was satisfactory and nothing more. I am still very disappointed with the service and the quality of amenities that I received. I would not suggest anybody who respects their money to stay here. I have never had an experience this bad at any hotel of this star category ever before.

it was not maintained and completely run down
