Friendly staff and clean facility.

People in rooms down for me were loud at 1 AM in the morning.

Everything in the room was clean. The staff was nice and understanding.

Everything was fine until the property didn't have running hot water.We didn't get any current or future discounts. Luckily we were on our last day and a half of the stay.

Cleanliness

It’s hard to review a budget hotel. It’s not going to be as nice as a luxury property, but does it deliver quality for the price? For this Red Roof Inn, I think so. It was the only non-smoking hotel available in the area and the price was very low. There are no amenities - it’s just a room in a motel. The furnishings seem mostly updated. The property was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot and high pressure. That’s all I needed for one night. The biggest negative is that upkeep has been careless. Paint dripped onto light switches when the bathroom was repainted. The exterior door doesn’t quite fit, producing some drafts. One of the baseboards was crumbling. Minor items that could have been fixed with some attention to detail.

Corridors were dirty. Looked under the bed and it was full of dust. Elevator was broken.

Good location, fair price. Motel is rundown but clean. My room on the 2nd floor was quiet enough.

I didn't realize there was no microwave, refrigerator or coffee maker. That was inconvenient. But you could get fresh coffee in the lobby. I think there was a microwave you could use also
