The bed was comfortable for me. My sister didn't like it.

The front desk lady was rude when I wanted to book another night. She wanted the person on the booking, which is my sister. But she is disabled, walks with a walker, and has a hard time walking. The front-end lady refused to do so, saying she gas to come in and do it. When we checked in and I told the lady at the desk, she is handicap. So I went out to get her ID and were on our way to our room. The after/night kady was super courteous and understanding and deserves a raise for perfect guest service. The morning desk kady needs a lesson in proper guest service No disabled person should have to resort to what she had to do. Even going to the desk asking for change for the vending machines, I was told she doesn't have change but could go to Starbucks for change. Walking up that slope and across a parking lot to get change was not easy due to my spine surgery. So, already being compromised walking, trying to walk up a big slope to get to the upper level was not easy. The kater clerk was great and deserves praise for treating a person with a disability with respect versus the morning one.

I stay at this property twice a year for business. I like the low cost and the location near the interstate. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room and it was updated from last year. Great bed nice desk work area and a very good shower. I was surprised when checking out that they charge you $6 to use the room safe. Whats next a resort fee?

Room was clean, staff was friendly enough, I put the wrong date on my check in when I made the reservation so they got me for an extra $20. It was late and I was tired. Bed was comfortable but room smelled musty.

They listened to requested assistance and it was ready when I arrived. Everyone was excellent.

Smelled like animal urin in the carpet and cobwebs in corners and not cleaned behind tv and under the beds. And not clean hands after handling the trash or after cleaning the bathroom before handling the bedding and clean towles.

Apparently booked for wrong day, and was not allowed to cancel and rebook for the day I was there. Paid for 2 nights for one night stay.
