The location was very good. Right next to a Mexican restaurant

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Bathroom floor needed mopping. Tub didn't drain so when I took a shower I was standing in 4 inches of water. I was on a ground floor and there was a lot of noise going on outside. Noisy housekeepers.

I couldn’t lock my door from the outside. My room smelled horrible. Staff was extremely rude and impersonal when I attempted to get issues resolved
