There evening and 3 nights then checked out (May 2026). 2nd floor room smelled, it stunk, had odor. Sink had old crack and water leaked onto floor under this sink. Worst is that the CARD key system SUCKS. The card kept kept on getting zapped and had to be re-scanned. They indicated that if this card key is near a cell phone that would zap it. What the heck? I put my cell phone in one pocket and the card key in the other. This is enough it seems to ZAP it! 4 times had to walk all the way from the back of my room to the front office to have them re-scan the card key so i could gain access to my room. They know its a problem. Fernando the maintenance man had to let me in my room the last time even though the card was yet again re-scanned. He knows about this issue too and said he informed management about what the issue may be.

The room didn't have shampoo conditioner soap toothbrush toothpaste towels or tissue this was the horrible experience I ever had in my life and this was for my daughter is coming from Texas she never felt so disgusting in her life I would never come back to this place as long as I live

Customer service was so bad he was very vindictive plus he didn't know what he was doing I had to get two extra cars one card didn't work and gave me another card but only gave me one card he's supposed to give me two he was so unprofessional

Nothing the staff was rude flirting with my Husband and put us in a nasty dirty room after giving us rooms that was already occupied she was rude on purpose

It was dirty and infected with ticks and bed bugs

The room has an unpleasant odor, The heater doesn't work well, The hot water doesn't flow in the sink, There is no ice in the ice machine, and The television has a 'glitch' that causes it to power surge for no reason.

Olor desagradable a humedad , habitación sucia y muchas chiripas del baño , la poceta estaba suelta y además de remate el aire acondicionado hacia demasiado ruido me quedé por la ubicación

It's my first try stay at Redroof, BAD BAD BAD don't even thing to stay this property, the room is terrible, the bath all rust and mold, the towels has stain and dirty asked to change the towel said NO MORE towel. at night all the hotel lights are off, it's seem like we live at uncivil world. the Redroof main office should come and see the condition of your red roof condition, it's shame and ruin of your represent, DON'T EVEN THINK TO STAY HERE. YUK YUK YUK
