Roaches in the first room I stayed in didn't want to bring any of my things into the room just to end up taking them home with me

La habitación estaba muy sucio, olía feo, el baño se encontraba en mal estado sucio y tenia cucarachas.

No breakfast we had to use a portable heater for heater and the bed leaned on 1 side half a roll of toilet paper the bathroom door was kicked in and they should of replaced the door but they did a terrible job on the repair work I will not stay here again my key did not work on the door to get in the room and the staff could not open it as well when he left me outside in the cold after 10 minutes I pushed really hard on the door and it came open by it self with no key

Nice room and not very expensive. Ohare airport is less than 10 minutes away. Several restaurants, gas stations and a grocery store are very close. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, although there was no refrigerator or microwave. Rooms are all on ground level and plenty of parking.

Dirty sinks dirty dresser dirty toilet dirty trash can no help from front desk I really don’t like the smell the sheets was dirty as well

dirty sheet no covers the housekeepers dont knock on the door in you stay longer u have to go to the front desk for anything you need and the never have anything

Check in was easy. But the room had sour, wet towels on the bathroom floor, they gave off a strong odor. The replacement room stunk severely of marijuana, and no tv remote. I had to leave the door open in the freezing cold to clear the stench out and leave the bathroom exhaust fan on for 3 hours. None of the cleaning staff gives a damn a bout details here. It's a low rent dump.

Well, it's cheap but you get what you pay for. Old outdated bathroom and electrical. The mattress was worn out. The shower faucet leaked, the outlet in the sink area didn't work, the tv is tiny and the remote didn't work. Oh, and the roaches (the kind that crawl), I found 2 in the 2 days I was there. The carpet area by the door wasn't vacuumed. If I was staying longer I would have complained about it. This was the second time I stayed there. The first time my room smelled like bleach. I imagined there was a reason I just didn't think about it. Sorry, but this place really sucks.
