Abusadores grosero racista por ser latino. Trata a uno mal depues que pague la habitación me cancelaron la habitación y 4 días para que me devuelva la plata no me pareció la plata de los latino no la quiere recibir aparte de todo que le cobra 100$ de depósito

check in was easy and painless

Very clean and upgraded hotel the late night check in with contactless service was a new thing of the future that was unexpected and very accommodating.

New hotel design and the walk in shower access was amazing especially for those of us who are handicapped.

Love that I was able to get a room with so short notice due to oversold hotel reservation elsewhere and at a that a rate that was affordable and within my price range.

The deposit is a little bit more pricier$100 than other deposits normally it's only $50 to $75 at local hotels around in the surroundings. Current deposit was a little bit more on this location and very delayed and getting the deposit back. Also lack of staff fortunately you have to talk to a monitor for the front desk because obviously they're overseas. I am not supported of providing workers out of the United States due to providing support in our own country. I would like to have a physical person at the actual location instead of somebody that I'm talking on a monitor that's not even from the United States not trying to be racist but it seems that we have a problem that we need to resolve

We would give it a 0 (zero) if we could. Room was clean, fine. The front desk AI entity to check us in and answer questions was abominable!! Unhelpful, unfriendly, unhuman. There was no way to get to a person. Very bad. The place has peeling paint and exterior halls and stairs cluttered with trash. The TV audio was 5 seconds behind the video -- difficult to watch. We didn't find closed captioning or we would have used it with no sound. We have stayed there previously, and all was fine for a budget hotel. Not this time!!
