I liked the layout in the room

Floors were dirty and I felt a lot of debris under my feet, when walking across the floor, the keypad didn't work on the safe and the bed light didn't work, it doesn't seem like my room was well maintained.

The room was not cleaned during my stay there and there were even cockroaches.

The gentleman at the front desk was so nice! He had such good hospitality & gave us good recommendations about things to do while down here because we are not from Illinois. We had been on the road for a long time and they don't have a public bathroom. He was kind enough to let my sons go behind the counter to use the employee bathroom. He was honestly the only good part of the experience there.

This place is a dump. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like active mold. I go to turn on the heat & sure enough there is active mold in the vent. There was mold at the baseboards in the bathroom & on the ceiling. They didn't even give us enough towels. You could tell that the floors had not been mopped bc they were dirty. I would never come to this place again.
