"Horrible experience. I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn and I travel quite a bit."

The motel was dirty, my room was dirty, there was mold in my hvac unit. I booked a nonsmoking room and they gave me a smoking room.

Dirty. Wrong room provided; it was not what I paid for.
