"Very disappointed! I’m trying to upload a video of the nastiness and of course it won’t let me!"

I asked for a non smoking room and end up with a smoking room. The room was dirty and when I called the front desk to explain the issues about the filth they said well it’s a smoking room?!?! Ok do you just not clean smoking rooms? Then was discussing other issues and the front desk guy hung up on me.

Nothing.

Never cleaned! Even when asked. No clean towels, even when asked. Bed was uncomfortable. Found a condom in our room and almost caused a bad fuss with me and my bf. Rude daytime manager. Have to ask 4&5 times for anything!! Cleaning staff refused cleaning our room after a third day of asked. Bed sheets were always nasty
