Toilet seat was horrible.

Everything the light was falling off people in others room called my room tryna flirt with me knocking on my door stocking me... My Cover had spots on it 2 my pillow was missing cover shower curtain was nasty at bottom..

As soon as we walked in the terrible smell of stale cigarette smoke hit us in the face. As we got in we noticed that there was burn holes all over the blankets. There was blood on the bathroom walls. 0/10 recommend.

Not a damn thing

The first room they put us in was dirty, smelled of cat urine, the bed looked as if someone had just gotten out of it. The second room was much better. If not for the second room I would rate this place one star. We didn't feel safe either, you could not go into the lobby to check in or even talk to them during the day. It was all done behind a very thick bullet proof glass and you could not understand much of what was being said. It took several times of speaking as loud as possible for them to hear me and me to understand them. Would not recommend. Even witn all the trouble the staff seemed willing to work with me on a room and talk to me. Given they were behind a think bullet proof glass. We were booked for 4 nights but only stayed one, costing us some money due to the no refund but at least I am able to write a review. Not safe at all!!!!

The room was not clean very noisy we were charged too much there was 2 of us and towels for one person very disappointed we did file a complaint with hotels .com for a refund waiting to hear about it hope to get a refund for a terrible experience

Location was great

Yellow stains on bed sheets… looked like uri e stains. I always carry an extra blanket with me just slept on that. I saw on your sheet check in you charge a fee for stained sheets!!! Well shouldn’t charge if already there. The bed was also broken

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the room
