No snow removal, we are elderly and the parking lot was not cleared from a storm two weeks ago. Huge ruts and pile, very icy. Staff told my husband that the service hired only plows the middle of the drive way, clears just in front of the doors but to get from the car parked to the side walk is very scary!! And staff said owners will not buy them shovels to clear snownout. It was supposed to be a premium room… bed was horrible, no snack pack, and a dead cockroach on the wall. This was our second time using this facility … we will not be returning.
