The hotel staff makes us feel at home. Rooms are clean, spacious, and have all the amenities we needed. The hotel has surpassed all my expectations! The staff is welcoming and has been accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants. Ms. Debra, the hotel manager, is amazing and has such amazing hospitality. She takes a lot of pride in her location and staff. Shea, Katie, Brandy, and Desiree, the front office staff are all amazing people who greet everyone with a warm smile. The maintenance and housekeeping team here are also wonderful people. They all work so hard to make sure this hotel is a beautiful place to stay whether it is for a short or long term stay. I highly recommend this location to everyone!!

Long wait to check in, no receptionist at front desk until 20 mins waiting. Water shut off halfway through shower… unacceptable.

SIUSBed was comfortable, easy to get in and out of the parking lot and onto the freeway.
Room was super humid the entire stay because it's right by the laundry. It also is loud EARLY because of housekeeping. If someone is staying multiple days, you should put them in a quiet room. Also, the toilet was leaking on the floor. I asked to be moved since I was staying multiple days but they were booked up. They were supposed to move me the next morning but no one reached out. I went back for more towels to clean up and the front desk person was surprised they didn't move me. They tried to put me in a new room but that 2nd room had a broken bed and a really poor AC unit. I ended up staying in the first room the final night and just loaded the floor with more towels.
USI was in the room with my elderly mother. People next door screaming. Partying, kids running around, loud dogs barking, smoking dope. Thank god for ear plugs. It was horrible.
