Bed sheets were stained. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Towels were stained and one had hairs still on them. Bed was decently comfortable, but that was only alright quality of the room.

Seems a bit transient. A few folks had bikes and grills. I don't know anyone else's situation. What I didn't like was giuys drinking outside of their room LOUDLY until 200a. That kind of distrurbance INSIDE isn't tolerable...OUTSIDE is loud as hell.
