LOCATION

Alana white is rude and very disrespectful!!!! They never seem to have the basic amenities for the clients that book this hotel, they barely have tissue, soaps, towels. Yet the prices are extreme with all the fees the add . The front desk person Natasha Miller stole and change my mail and it was reported to Kendra but Alana White didn't like that I told Kendra to terminate my stay and then Alana became the manager and she is rude and very unprofessional and watch the reviews and gets really upset with the reviews that are left that doesn't support her agenda. In fact she states leaving a review containing the truth makes the hotel a hostile environment. But before Management changed we actually got what we paid for. Ms. Stacy and Tara are the kindest staff on this property as of now they try to accommodate us all.
