The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious

Rooms not clean food on the floors, bathroom had hair in it

Property was in a shady area. Lots of people just strolling through the parking lot. Empty beer and liquor bottles all over the parking lot. The man working the front desk was shocked that he booked this room online. He said “white people like you don’t usually stay here”. Then he also said “we will give you the good room, we put whites on the front side of the building and then all the others on the back side”. Then we asked him if it was safe here and his response was “eh, haven’t had anything in the last couple weeks so you should be okay”. Got a non smoking room but it still stunk of cigarettes and febreeze. We checked into the room, saw it, changed clothes, and immediately went and got a different hotel.

It was the dirtiest room I ever stayed in. Had I not driven 12 hours I would not have stayed. I was too exhausted to keep going.

paid a $30 deposit clean the room before I left. Didn’t even use their towels due to the fact they have roaches spray disinfectant spray on the bed just in case when checkout came the guy checked the room called me and said your refund will be issued in 48 hours. He call back in 48 hours and said ma’am there is a problem trying to issue your refund I will contact booking.com to try to get this issue resolved, but your room is good. I will give you a call back once I get this issue resolved two weeks have went by. I have continue to call and been getting the runaround to speak to a manager. I also do some speaking to one of the employees been told that I had damaged a room. That’s maybe why I did not get my refund and I informed that employee that no the room was fine. He tried to issue me a refund, but due to the fact that I use Apple Pay, which generates a card number it would not refund and I understood that and I informed the guy I can come up there and just get the $30 because it may not refund to my card but let me know what booking.com says I didn’t end up writing a bad review cause no one has yet to contact me back then they want to say I damaged a room which was a lie because it was only me in a two-year-old and we barely stayed in the room. We came in town just to go to a waterpark and I informed them if they could not send the refund due to me using Apple Pay I understand, but just explain that don’t lie and say I damaged a room because that is not the case and one of the employees inform me well that’s the lie. We have to say if your deposit does not come back and I say understood, but that is not the case so please when your manager comes in have them call me to see what booking.com has said Now today they tell me oh we are going to issue your refund. It should come back to your card in 48 hours so I told them OK I will call them in two days.

Big roach in the bathroom dead not sanitized crack stool cover or chair.

Floors and bathroom not clean. We did not dare use the shower or tub.
