Everyyhing was fantastic snd i would stay again when needed and definitely refer others

Pros: -Nice check-in staff -Heater works great -1st pet stays Free and second is $15 a night Cons: -Smells like someone chain smoked cigarettes in the room - got switched and it still smelled horribly like cigs...even after spraying perfume all over. So it's not a Smoke Free environment! -Staff tried gaslighting us saying it doesn't smell like cigs/they were just in the room -No microwave plate -Tv didn't work -Cig burns in the sheets -Dirty, a lot of trash under the bed, floor piece was missing -Sink didn't work at all & dirty toilet -Cars kept circling the building and it felt very unsafe Was honestly very upset with this stay and will never recommend it to anyone.

Smells, heating doesn’t work

Booked this 1 month ahead and when I got there no first floor room was available two rooms were shown to me with only one bed (booked double) one worse then the other on the third room dirty bathroom and no covers on the beds smell of marijuana was outside of room and inside. She said she would switch me out when a clean first floor room with two beds became available… never did it. 3 days no housecleaning or trash pick up stayed outside the door.

It was horrible no towels or rags or toilet paper 2 men entered the room while I was showering and said they were cleaning.they never gave us towels or rags or to the TV didn't work either and try change me 30 fee for a blanket beijg dirty which was there when we got there they gave us a dirty room .they are lazy rip offs the girl at the front desk was on the phone for 25 min before she helped me and was setting up a date with the man to come to the hotel...very uncomfortable and they are dirty rip offs

I didnt like anything. The beds were old. The pillows were older. Bed bugs and pubic hairs on the dirty bed. I couldnt even go to bed after a Halloween party. Had to drive 40 miles home. Strongly advise to not stay at this property. I stay at Red Roof in Belden Village all the time and its clean and no bed bugs. Waiting on my refund. Calling health department.

If your on a tight budget this is the place, although a lot of it needs updated suffice to say, it was rather quiet we had a bad storm come through one night I didn't even know, management are friendly, there's a Walmart right next door,Applebee's next door your drive thru's just up the street and a shopping plaza, interstate is right there, there are a few sheriff cars always up and down the main road there, traffic violations basically
