Yes, previously we have stayed and gotten better service. . The location for us is excellent in relationship to the Beale Street entertainment district. The campus is kept clean. The service is barely 1 star and I get it. You're trying to keep cost down..

We recently during our stay asked for normal things like toilet paper and exchange of towels and we're told to go to the front desk for them. This is ridiculous when the maid is standing next to your room and they have the items on their cart. This request was made after we had been there 2 days. We know this place is not the Ritz-Carlton, but to request normal items like a clean set of towels, tissue and soap this is ridiculous. You might as well not put the pillows you have on the beds , because they are so thin you might as rest your head on the mattress. What they consider to be blankets or bed covers they aren't worth anything either. They are as thin as sheets. The individual's who own the franchise need to come and stay the night under the conditions you are requesting your customers to pay for during their stay. Amenities such as comfortable pillows, sheets, warm blankets, soap, towels , covers for the bed , toilet paper 🧻 should be a standard for your guest. I love coming to Memphis, I stayed there at the Motel 6 because of its value and convenience to the area of the city I wanted to be in. The service that is being presented to customers now is just outrageous. You're not providing a quality and comfortable stay at all for your guest. Whether they be local or from out of town the franchise owner needs to look at the product they are providing to the people. The things that I am requesting are just basic items that should be provided and expected by every quest that visits your property. Stay there yourself for a week and evaluate your product. The clerk refused to admit me Evan though I had a reservation

To whom this may concern I never got to stay at the motel 6 ,due to the fact the supposed to be manger cancelled my reservation because he said the system was down and that he could pull my reservation and provide me and my family a room after we had booked our reservation and came twice to check in.

I didn't like the way the manager treated me and my family,he cause us to have to spend extra money that night .He cancelled my reservation for no apparently reason. He stated that I would receive a refund but still haven't.He gave me a cancellation receipt and it State that the reason for my booking been cancelled was due to change of plans which is a lie . I would like my refund and something for our pain and suffering,and being stero type. Not only did he turn me and my family around,he did another black family the same way ,I feel like this is an unfair situation and he needs to take action for his behavior.
