NOTHING!!! THIS PERSON STAFF PERSON MADE IT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! HE WAS RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT AT ALL ACCOMMODATING!!!! I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I USUALLY STAY HERE PAYING IN ADVANCE BECAUSE ITS SO CLOSE TO MY JOB.. AND BOOKING.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NO HELP AS WELL!!
