The bed was missing 60% of its inner parts. This was for a disabled room and It was excruciating to navigate and the room was very poor quality .

Water pressure was good.

I realize that the property is old, but there is no reason not to paint, caulk, fix broken windows, replace light bulbs, etc. The first room I had was missing the light above the sink. In the room I stayed in the tub was badly stained. There were rooms with duct tape on the windows. The room was supposed to be smoke free--but it smelled. The windows were dirt. The bed was not comfortable--needs replaced.

I did not stay there it was way to nasty for me step in,I left and lost $70.00,I am heated about that,I deleted your app never to use it again 😤

That it is close to everything and easy to find

How dirty it was inside the rooms and outside. And the customer ser ice sucked

The bath tub was disgusting. And I had a live mouse stuck on a sticky trap. I reported immediately and asked for my money back. I did not stay. Front desk worker was rude to me about it.

The room was not very good. I guess I should have realized that when the gentlemen who checked me in said "you have 5 minutes to decide if you like the room or he would give me a refund." If I had gotten there earlier in the I probably would have taken the refund. I have always thought that Red Roof Inns were nicer places to stay.

Location was great for why we were there, and beds were clean.

Bathroom, shower, floors and walls were filthy. Was in town for a concert so we just slept there and waited until we got home, 2.5 hours away, to shower. Wasn't expecting 5 stars by any means but was expecting clean.
