Its good
Pretty surroundings, pleasant staff,. The facilities need some work--lots of stuff is broken, eg the in-room safe, no electric outlet near the desk, slow internet.
It was clean and convenient 🙂
The room was nice, however not as clean as other hotels I have stayed at
Customer service was great but you get what you pay for, although the rooms say no-smoking it smelled like a pack of cigs. People in other rooms were very loud, however, this is a per friendly hotel!
The room we stayed in had things falling apart. The heating unit was rusty, the toilet squealed every time you flushed. It was not well maintained.
I was a little disappointed I thought the rooms would be a lot better I travel a lot and I’m accustomed to 5 stars and I would rate this place a 2 and a half
