Nice outdoor areas, lawn, and Picinic tables but a lot of suspicious activity in parking lot & wide open rooms. Didn't feel safe
Old, dingy, and many things in the room were non existant or broken. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left early. We coud have asked for another room, but I doubt a different room would have been any better.
The only "Like" was the girls at check-in. They were helpful and nice(Ashu and Asha? maybe) The dirty sink that backed up from the minute I checked in. The shower with @ power. The unnecessary room service that felt the need to touch my toothbrush two feet away from the sink, along with other items. Then leave the toothbrush sitting on the counter. Instead of the travel holder it was in. The male manager with glasses, who looked like he'd never spoken to a human before, was useless. "Here's 2 plastic toothbrushes". Not sure what I wanted, would've settled for most things, but a look of stupid bewilderment is not a great customer service technique. Seemingly unbothered doesn't send a "I'm a customer service rep here to help" type of message. Also, what's with the mini-half pillows? Bring your own bedding and towels. Don't get in the way of the people who live there full-time either. Go anywhere else, I'll never be back.
