Hotel Vittorio Beach Resort

The location of the hotel is top, it is literally on the beach. The view from our room was beautiful, we could hear the waives at night. It is a place to go and rest, to sit and watch the sea with no care in the world. We were with our 11 yo and she enjoyed the pool and how accessible the beach was. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good and the boys at the bar were very friendly and ready to make anything we asked them. There are many options along the little bay for dinning. We had dinner at a different place every night and the food was excellent. It was pleasant to walk along the beach to and from the different restaurant. We took a taxy to St. Angelo for an afternoon coffee and gelato as well. The best thing of our stay however was the peace and tranquility!

The hotel is a bit dated but this was not really a problem it had some charm. We wished there was an AC unit however and mostly because we had neighbor that smoked all the time even later in the night and all the smoke would come in our room, we could not close the door to the terrazzo because of the heat so we and our daughter had to breath cigarette smoke instead of the beautiful clean air. I would suggest to the administration of the hotel to take into consideration the fact that some guest do not smoke and would enjoy a smoke free vacation. The same happened on the restaurant's terrazza , some of the smoking guests were very inconsiderate and would sit next to us and smoke while we tried to enjoy a breakfast. Perhaps the administration can designate a part of the terrazza for smokers and have a part for people like us. Another negative was how expensive the water was, it would be nice to have something like a little store option where you can buy water at a more regular prize. Lastly a little fridge in the room would be great, having in mind that there was no AC, a little hotel size fridge would have come handy to keep at least our water called.

Not clean at all, the structure and the rooms are too dated (all over stains in the room), they put a beautiful room photo at the website, but they gave a room , reminding me of a prison cell, when i wanted to change my room they told me that there is nothing they can do about it. Also the staff was usually rude. So hard to reach the hotel, there is no platform on the beach, so you take the water taxi literally from the sea itself and you get wet all over. I wanted to use the pool and spa when i booked this hotel, but the pools' water were literally too dirty and i afraid that i would get sick when i enter to these pools! Also the food is not good and it is expensive. I asked for a nice table for the dinner kindly and they gave me a table which i did not like, ( although i specified the table which i want to sit before ) I never recommend this hotel!

It's very remote and a really picturesque. Location and views make this place very special.

Very beautiful, italian flair with very good italian music on the background, very clean private beach. Sunbeds, umbrella and towels were all included. Staff was amazing, very polite and helpful.

The bathroom was not as clean as I wished, but I could live with it for a couple of days
