"Bad"

The room was not ready for on time check in. The sheets, comforter, and pillow cases were dirty! The AC would blow coldish air and wouldn't cool the room. Half way through the night the AC started blowing hot air and only half of the fans that produces air worked on the unit. When asking for a different room, I had to pack up everything to move and I was given a room with 2 small beds which was a downgrade from a king bed that I had paid for. I brought this to the attendants attention and she moved me again. While looking at the 2nd replacement room, the attendant opened my room door with her key, without knocking, and my wife was still in the room. It was the absolute worst experience ever and I will NEVER stay at ANY Red Roof Inn!!!
