Tv was stuck on Spanish subtitles or language, couldn't change. Room was clean but old feeling, not updated

The bed was fine and the room had been updated recently. Fridge worked great, kept everything cold. Staff very friendly.

HOWEVER, the automated lights/fan the bathroom was off-putting. The SHAMPOO/BODYWASH dispenser in shower weren't used. Will anyone use a product they're not familiar with? The soap dispenser was stingy and I had to press several times before my washcloth could be used....a little too much automation. ... Where's the coffee pot?

Clean with comfortable bed. Convenient location. We were allowed in 1 hour early after traveling 600 miles

No towels for second day, had to go to office and guy wanted the used towels back, from our room on second floor with only stairs. We are in our seventies and refused. We did get the towels though. Deadbolt and other lock on door didn't work.

I booked the room and not knowing there was construction on the highways that would cause me to be in traffic for 45 minutes . I cancelled and never stayed one night. They will not refund me my money. Not one penny. What a joke. Shame on you. Almost 600.00

How clean and neat it was!

I stopped off because it looked quiet and out of the way. There were limited options around the area. It was raining hard, and I was on a motorcycle. When the lobby smells smoky we are off to a bad start. Wanted a 100.00 dollar deposit on my card. I asked why. The guy said “ for the smoking” I told him I do not smoke. He said that’s the policy. I said no thanks and spent another hour in the rain and horrendous traffic but found a nice place off I 85 that was pricey but very nice. I can’t honestly say if the place was good or bad, but it’s got a different vibe about it.

Easy access to the rooms seeing as I was smoker so didn't have to go far for the smoking area.
