Staff's friendly rooms are okay

I just wish they would keep the rooms cleaner

Upon entering unit, a strong odor was noticeable. It smelled dirty and sour. The floor was sticky and dirty. The door to the bathroom was filthy with a spilled, dried on beverage. The bathroom itself needs upgraded. The caulk was chipped, dirty, and moldy. The pillows for a King bed totaled 3, flat and lumpy. The bedside table was dirty with hardened food particles. The bed cover had a cigarette burn. No amenities provided...like kleenex, soap, shampoo/conditioner.

I was given a room that already had a guess in the room naked on the bed, man made quote that if he had a gun he would shot me. , me traveling with 2 young children & fiance. Did need to be put in that predicament, putting me & my family in a unnecessary danger.

I reserved a room that already had a quest occupying the room and was naked on the bed. The guest made a quote that if he had a gun, he would've shot me. I'm traveling with 2 young children and my fiancee... this was a scary experience that put me and my family in danger. On top of of all this, when we went to talk to the front desk, they had us pay for the room still .... while they gave him a full refund. I found it very unprofessional that we were given a room with a guest already in it that we already paid for. When they gave us a new room, it wasn't even what we requested. We needed 2 beds becuz of our young children and ouselves..... Do not recommend
