The personnel working the facilities are very kind, courteous and helpful. The room I was in was large and clean. I really enjoyed the rooms and I liked the location due to its proximity to the stores on the north side of the highway, but it's further from downtown and Route 66. Not far though, but I came off the train and walked. There is also a really good coffee shop next to it.

Honestly, I can't think of anything. Other than the systems in place that make the prices so high. Which don't need to be at all and that goes for everything in America. So it's just just this location. I understand if you have to be "competitive," but at what point is enough, enough? Seriously.
