The location is the main thing, anything else it could use improvement. Although the staff was nice, it seems there's discord amongst them and very noticeable. It gives a bad impression to the clients the other guest during breakfast were not the best but I guess that's out of the control of the hotel.

We asked for a quite room the the upstairs room, the room above us did not stopped jumping or not sure if those were kids but unable to rest as the stomps were so loud and we let the the front desk know but that didn't stop the people form above our room. Also, the bathroom is in need of new linen/shower curtain, etc. the shampoo bottle was broken. Horrible.

First of all, they give us the room on the basement and people above us playing the football and we couldn’t sleep all night .air condition was so noisy. The fan in the bathroom was disaster noisy what else I can say .
