Days Inn by Wyndham Greenville

Property is old and outdated but the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Was late when we stopped and when booking online I didn’t notice that these were outside access rooms only. Breakfast was stale powdered donuts with only coffee to drink. First room we checked in to had ants crawling on the bathroom wall so we asked to be moved. Moved us quickly with no problem. Internet access was great.

The bed

The pool was dirty and the bathrooms had a very dirty look to them and you can tell they were just painted with spray paint and the paint was coming off.

The pictures don’t give an accurate description of this property. The sheets were stained, shower curtain stained and the floor was so dirty my kids feet were black within 30 minutes of running around.

It was very close to the highway. Other than that it appeared to be outdated and in need of a good deep clean. We took Clorox wipes in with us and everything we would have touched we wiped first and it was filthy. It was basically unsiuitable but had already paid and traveled 8+ hours. We were scared to lay down on the beds fearing the sheets had not been washed in some time so we went to Walmart and got Sarah wrap to wrap the beds and used blankets on top of that. We won’t ever use Days Inn again.

Not very clean, called when booking to make sure pool was in service but after an 8hr drive we show up to a closed pool covered in green algae. Wouldn’t let us cancel our booking without charging us for a single night and also no other hotels had availability on short notice. Being the middle of July and all the hotels were booked

Holes in hotel door that looked like they were destroyed and poor attempt to fix- big patches 5. Pool was not maintained 6. Cost of hotel was drastically overpriced for quality
