PTThe indoor pool area and the pirate ship theme were absolutely brilliant for the kids. The holiday park had great facilities, a lovely atmosphere, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the location in Rhyl and found the caravan park to be clean and well-maintained.
The entertainment venues got a bit too crowded and chaotic during peak evening hours and there is not much to do with kids Some areas of the park felt a bit dated and could benefit from a modern refresh. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and inconsistent throughout our stay.

Room was not ready on time and we had to wait nearly an hour. Only small shop with limited items.

The caravan was basic and was run down
GBHad 3 phone calls asking how long I was going to be when I got there checked in got to the van and wasn’t happy pissed up people everywhere kids running round till silly a clock tryed to ring to see if there was another van available at the other end of site for them to have gone home total shambles of a place will never go back to the dump
