The area around the property is pretty sketchy... The Hotel itself is nice and clean.

Great room. Very clean! Limited parking but overall great stay! Would definitely book again!

The room was not bad in itself, however the surrounding area will also shock you if you are not used to big US cities like I was. The nearby streets had a lot of homeless tents on the sidewalks and open drug use from people roaming around.

They had no elevators and my friend fell down their stairs from the 2nd step to the bottom. It was so scart

I would have rated this higher but for the location and noise (both of which are outside of the property’s control). This hotel is in an area with a lot of homeless and a fire station in the area. As I am a light sleeper, the sirens kept me up. Tony was amazing!

No house keeping for a 2 night stay. But for the money it was worth it. I just didn’t like the homeless that surrounded the property

Got charged for 3 nights when I only stayed 2. If you book through a 3rd party site/app, make sure you let the attendant know before you present your card. Aside from that, it’s a decent spot for the price. Location was a little rough but if you’re an adult and are smart you’ll be fine.

The picture of the shampoo and conditioner is misleading because it's not inclusive of all rooms. The room itself is immaculate but there was a mosquito or several mosquitoes in the room which didn't help in getting a good night's sleep. I would recommend the owners get an indoor bug zapper. I would say that the ownership shows honesty in a questionable neighborhood and so it's good for travelers who know where they want to go outside of the neighborhood. Not necessarily a child friendly neighborhood for children but somewhat ideal for singles and couples that want to tour the city.
