Rajska by PI Apartments

The apartment was 2 streets away from a night club. The noise was terrible from the people and taxis picking up outside our room. We where woken both Friday and Saturday from 1am in the morning through to around 3.30am! The apartment was clean, fairly basic, The staff helpful and obliging.

Every room was different some of our party had nothing at all in their rooms even down to bedding I had no water in my room for a drink when I arrived and my WiFi didn’t work and I got told there was nothing they could do I would not recommend this as a place to stay to anyone

Large apartment beautifully decorated, entrance lobby excellent. Good reception with very helpful staff. All in all a great well positioned complex with good amenities very close by and within a few minutes walk to most main sightseeing attractions.

Amazing apart-hotel in the heart of Krakow! litteraly 2 blocks away from the main square and the main attractions! The staff was very professional and cordial ! Highly recommended for a business trip and a pleasure week end!! Thank you guys!

Friendly staff, clean, close to city centre, quite.

Liked the coffee maker and fridge. I feel the property could have a tuck list or form you could fill up and leave at the desk when you go out for the day, requesting more toilet roll, clean towls ect as none were provided. I had to ask and felt very self conscious going up the lift with my toilet roll in my hands. Once you have handed in the form the items could be ready for you to collect after your days adventures. There was also no fire escape route or instructions, which i feel are a vital piece of information.

Had a really nice stay here. Was really close to the centre square and lots of things to do close by. Apartment was lovely and really clean

Brand new hotel. Everything is shining clean and new.
