Quality Inn Tampa Airport - Cruise Port

Smelled really bad, went to take shower and cockroach climbed out of drain. Needless to say did not take shower nor take off clothes and slept on top blankets

We left our car here while we went on a cruise. The hotel was great to stay in, the staff were helpful and the person taking us to and from the port of Tampa was very efficient. We had a great experience. The only negative.... sun tan lotion is very expensive for a very small bottle, so don't forget to bring your sun tan lotion!!

Great breakfast

I was unable to access the airport shuttle. My plane came in late.

Friendly staff

Uncomfortable beds. Definitely not queen size as listed. Also false advertisement on airport pickup, that apparently isn't offered anymore

Internet shows airport pickup. That is not true, haven't done this since August of 3025. Had to use an Uber.

Terrible lack of any customer service

I stayed at the Quality Inn Tampa Airport-Cruise Port over new years, and it was great! It was affordable, the rooms had been updated, they were clean, and as a solo traveler I felt very safe. I enjoyed the small but effective gym, and the complimentary breakfast. Linda who operated the breakfast area was very welcoming. Tiffany at the front desk was super helpful and gave me a lot of information about what to do and see while in Tampa. Kris who checked me in and was a point of contact throughout my stay was great. She had helpful answers to all of my questions and was very personable. I extended my stay and Paul and the font desk made it easy and effortless. Lastly Jamar went above with a last minute request I had. I would definitely return when I visit Tampa again. You can't beat it for the price!

We were there only for one night for a bowling tournament. It was very quiet, beds were comfortable, and Linda the breakfast lady was as good as advertised throughout the other reviews. Seemed like a nice area we were in and close to Pin Setters bowling alley where the tournament was held. Everybody at the hotel, guests and employees, were very nice and hospitable.

Only complaint i have was the water pressure for the shower, everything else was fine for the one night we were there.

The manager was very rude. I asked if I can call and speak to a humanbooking.com. She goes of course if you were smart, you would’ve known that and come to find out if you don’t have your reference number you can’t talk to a human so that man has no skills for personality or anything to do with customers you need to get rid of her bad attitude
