Location

Could not be dropped off near the property by bolt or taxi despite being told. Extremely loud in the apartment. House manager richard unresponsive and unhelpful. Suggested a location to store our bags at a cost of 20 dollars, and then our bags get stuck with no help but a chat robot. Absolutely the worse stay i have had on booking.com

The location was very practical and in walkable distance from the center. Linen and towels were clean. Bed was ok as well.

The bathroom was not so clean and stank badly of sewage. There was a rag on the drain in the shower so it must be a known issue (but a bad and unsanitary solution). The bathroom door lock was broken and we could not properly close it either. We asked how to solve the situation but received no sensible answer. The room overall was in a state of disrepair with crumbling plaster and the front room lock about to fall off. Two bars are directly in front so its very noisy. Could not sleep well even with earplugs. But to be fair that is expected in this area. We will avoid it next time.

Loved the location & facilities

BEDBUGS! The owner Richard, a very passive aggressive guy when meeting him for the first time that does not want to compensate for the damages he created with his filthy room. He denies the bedbugs and calls them mosquitoes. He paid me back for 1 night, when I have to pay thousands to get rid of the bedbugs I got from this location. I texted him and asked for an open and honest conversation and he ignored me. Keep in mind this is not a hotel, but a privately rented location, on top of a high hill where cars are not allowed to come. The rooms are not sound proof so you will be up all night. DO NOT BOOK.

Die Lage.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr unzufrieden. Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht den Bildern auf Booking.com und wirkte insgesamt deutlich älter und schlechter gepflegt als dargestellt. Vor allem das Badezimmer befand sich in einem unzureichenden Zustand. Es waren Haare in der Dusche und im Abfluss vorhanden, die Fugen waren stark verschmutzt und teilweise schimmelig, und auch an den Wänden waren Schimmelspuren sichtbar. Der Mülleimer im Bad war bei unserer Ankunft nicht geleert. Zusätzlich lag ein nasses Tuch auf dem Duschabfluss, unter dem ein unangenehmer Geruch hervortrat. Nachdem wir die Mängel gemeldet hatten, hätten wir uns eine schnelle Lösung gewünscht. Stattdessen wurde uns gegen Mitternacht empfohlen, die Buchung zu stornieren und uns selbst eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Sauberkeit, Zustand der Unterkunft und der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde entsprachen leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Daher können wir die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Cute, boutique feel and great location to walk to numerous sites of interest. Tucked a few streets back and feels less touristy

Advertised as soundproof walls due to the strong nightlife, but still very easy to hear noise from the street at night. I sleep deeply so it didn’t bother me too much, but light sleepers may struggle. Also have to pay for luggage storage ~2 blocks away, is not included with the price of the stay
